About this role:
As Senior Product Designer, you'll craft and enhance user experiences across Good Habitz's digital platforms. This role is about delivering intuitive, engaging, high-quality designs that align with both business objectives and real user needs, working closely with research, product and cross-functional teams to bring those designs to life.
Role responsibilities:- Design experiences. Create seamless user experiences for web, mobile and internal-facing tools.
- Ground work in research. Collaborate with user researchers to incorporate insights into design improvements.
- Work cross-functionally. Partner with teams across the business to ensure UX aligns with broader goals.
- Maintain design standards. Develop and refine standards that keep interactions and visual identity consistent.
- Contribute to design quality. Take part in design reviews and feedback sessions, continuously raising the bar.
- Run experiments. Support small-scale UX experiments, testing and refining new features.
- Champion good design. Advocate for user-centered design principles, including accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful work
- Expertise in service design, interaction design and crafting consistent user flows
- Proficiency in modern UX design tools, with a strong foundation in prototyping and wire framing
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
- You prefer working in isolation rather than incorporating research and cross-functional input into your designs
- You'd rather stick to one solution than generate multiple options for the team to address complex problems
- You prefer working within your own discipline rather than bridging with other functions to deliver shared outcomes
- You're not interested in experimenting with new methods, testing ideas, or sharing what you learn along the way
- You'd rather skip checks and standards than build them into the team's work
