Business Controller BNL

At CWS Clean rooms, we help customers operate their cleanroom environments safely, efficiently, and sustainably. We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to support our international Controlling team and provide financial support to our operations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Prepare and perform the yearly budgeting and mid‑term planning in close collaboration with the international Controlling team.
• Prepare and coordinate the monthly closing process, including the review of revenue recognition, accrual requirements, cost checks, and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analyses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow by overseeing timely invoicing and payment processes.
• Perform controlling on Cap Ex spend, profitability checks and forecast Cap Ex expenditures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial controlling or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
