De Rooy is een internationaal high & heavy transportbedrijf met circa 750 medewerkers en vestigingen in Engeland, Frankrijk, Spanje, Polen en Italië. De CFO-positie versterkt de directie als strategisch en financieel anker van de organisatie, met verantwoordelijkheid voor financiën, ICT, inkoop en duurzaamheid.
Je stuurt 17–18 medewerkers aan en werkt nauw samen met de CEO en aandeelhouders bij een transitie naar een professionelere, meer datagedreven en toekomstbestendige organisatie.
