Vermaat Groep zoekt een floormanager voor Eindhoven Airport. Je motiveert het horecateam, creëert een gastvrije en vlotte service en bewaakt de operationele kwaliteit in een dynamische luchthavenomgeving.
Je houdt toezicht op roosters en personeelsinzet, werkt mee op de vloer waar nodig en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van het assortiment en de gastenervaring. Ervaring in horeca en vloeiende beheersing van NL/ENG zijn een must.
