Landhuis de Wielewaal zoekt een Operationeel Manager die de volledige operationele en commerciële regie neemt over vier concepten. Je verbindt en stuurt teams aan, bewaakt gastbeleving, efficiëntie en rendement, en zorgt voor een naadloze guest journey op hoog niveau.
De rol vereist HBO-denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar managementervaring in high-end hospitality, met sterk financieel inzicht en een hands-on, autonome werkstijl. Start begin oktober, met inwerkperiode bij Tribeca in Heeze.
