As an Operations Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across all departments. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance through a hands-on approach. In this role, you will balance operational responsibilities with leadership development, acting as deputy in the absence of the General Manager, and taking ownership in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment.

• Ensure the guest experience is consistently delivered across all departments in line with brand and company standards
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery

• Use company reporting tools and data to support operational and commercial decision-making
  
  Drive productivity and cost control, including payroll management and adherence to financial targets
• Lead and support Heads of Department in driving engagement, performance, and development
• Act as a role model for leadership behaviours aligned with PPHE values and company culture

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors in line with regulations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards
• Proven experience in a hotel management role (Food & Beverage Manager or Front Office), ready to step into an Operations Manager position
• Strong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to lead by example across F&B (breakfast/events)
• Experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations within a hotel environment
• Ability to operate effectively within a smaller hotel structure and take ownership across departments
• Strong focus on guest experience and consistent service delivery
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

• Experience with in an international hotel group
• Familiarity with PPHE Hotel Group or Radisson Hotel Group standards
• Experience working with hotel systems and reporting tools
• BHV and Social Hygiene trained

This role is paid according to Horeca CAO scale (Schaal XI), starting from €4112.83 gross per month
