• You translate our strategy into a modern HR policy. You ensure the appropriate HR tools and processes are in place and embed them within the organization.
• You are passionate about developing our people and organize education and training programs.
• You lead the HR department (Junior HR Advisor), Facilities (1 FTE) and Reception (2 colleagues).
• You act as a sparring partner and provide both solicited and unsolicited advice across the full breadth of the HR field to management, supervisors and employees.
• You prepare and analyse HR metrics and key performance indicators related to headcount, recruitment and selection, and absenteeism, and you regularly join us at the table to keep us informed.
• You are responsible for the entire onboarding process: from writing the vacancy text and selecting the right channels, to guiding the application process and rolling out the red carpet for new hires.
• You play an active role in the absenteeism policy and keep both us and our absenteeism partner sharp in special or complex situations.
• Together with your HR colleague, you manage and fully take care of all aspects of personnel administration.

• You are driven to translate our strategic goals into HR policy.

• You are a (senior) HR advisor ready to take the next step in your career.
• You have a bachelor's degree in HRM and at least 5 years of work experience in the HR field.
