Position Overview

As an accounts specialist at Renewi, you will be the key link in a dynamic environment, building and streamlining recruiting processes for a new nationwide customer. You will need to travel across the Eindhoven region, balancing office work with on‑site client interaction.

• Build and streamline recruiting processes from the ground up for a new national client.
• Recruit and onboard top talent, coordinating vacancies distributed by external suppliers.
• Ensure quality of recruitment, updating plans and ensuring schedules remain on target.
• Act as a centralized broker, overseeing the entire candidate pipeline and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Hbo level education with professional and analytical mindset.
• Relevant internship or work experience in recruitment or related field.
• Strong motivation and drive to succeed.
• 32–40 hours per week available.
• Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within Eindhoven region.
• Flexible and proactive communication style.

32–40 hours per week, with frequent travel to different client sites in the Eindhoven region.

• Base salary: €2,750–€3,200 bruto per month, depending on experience.
• Monthly Benefit Budget: 12.347% of base salary (€340–€395 bruto).
• Monthly mileage allowance: €61 netto.
• Employee stock option plan: up to 5% of salary doubled by Renewi.
• Other benefits: flexible work week, additional vacation days, tax‑advantaged sport or student debt repayment options.
