VDL Groep zoekt een Implementatie Adviseur Functiewaardering om het nieuwe functiehandboek uit te rollen bij Nederlandse werkmaatschappijen vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven. Je zorgt voor invoering en dat het handboek begrepen en gedragen wordt.
Je begeleidt bedrijven bij implementatie, adviseert directie en MT over toepasbare impact, vertaalt het handboek naar praktijk per organisatie en bewaakt uniformiteit en kwaliteit over alle bedrijven heen.
