Human Resources Business Partner – EU, Fixed-Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Europe, providing pragmatic, business-aligned HR guidance.
• Deliver both strategic and hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership teams to build organisational capability, support business growth, and drive workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
• Maintain and adapt HR policies and practices to ensure alignment with local legal requirements and organisational needs.
• Contribute and support cross‑border HR projects and transformation initiatives.

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in a multi‑country European environment.
• Strong knowledge of European labour law and employee relations frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience working with Works Councils and/or employee representative bodies (essential).
• Fluency in English, German and French (essential).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
