• You help employers discover, develop, and retain talent within their organization.
• You connect employers to De achthonderd and build sustainable relationships in the Brainport region.
• Together with colleagues, you translate employers' challenges into concrete development and learning solutions.

Many employers face the same challenge: finding and retaining good staff in a constantly changing labor market. At the same time, organizations employ people with talent and potential who do not always develop further on their own. Limited basic language, digital, or other skills, as well as the lack of certain professional skills, can hinder employees from growing with changes in their work.

That is where De achthonderd makes the difference. De achthonderd is a public-private partnership between education, employers, municipalities, and civil society organizations. Together, we are building a strong labor market in which employers can sustainably retain and develop their employees. Our approach is part of the national LLO Collectief, made possible by the Nationaal Groeifonds.

As an account manager, you are the face of De achthonderd to employers. You are often out and about, visiting companies and being visible at networking events, business associations, trade organizations, and other employer activities.

• You approach new employers and further develop existing relationships.
• You hold conversations with employers about topics such as employee retention, employability, agility, safety, communication, and development.
• You map out the needs of employers and translate these into appropriate solutions together with educational developers and teachers.
• You connect employers to practice-oriented learning pathways, coaching, basic skills, practical learning, and support for managers.
• You identify opportunities in the market and contribute to the further development of our employer approach and industry-specific propositions.
• You actively build your network and increase the visibility and position of De achthonderd in the Brainport region.

In doing so, you focus primarily on employers in cleaning, production, logistics, engineering, and healthcare.

So, you don't sell a standard training course. You are curious about what is going on within an organization, ask the right questions, and then bring people and expertise together to arrive at a suitable solution.

At De achthonderd, you work together with a small and entrepreneurial team of educational developers, teachers, communication professionals, and project leaders. Together, you work on one mission: to make people sustainably stronger in the labor market.
