Tuinmaximaal zoekt een salarisadministrateur voor Eindhoven die de salarisverwerking foutloos op orde houdt en meedenkt over efficiëntere processen. Je werkzaamheden omvatten maandelijkse salarisruns, controleren van uren, verlof en variabele beloningen, en het beantwoorden van salaris vragen.
Daarnaast voer je HR administratieve taken uit zoals in-, door- en uitstroom, onboarding, beheer van de HR mailbox en advisering over personeelszaken.
