As an HR Administration Specialist, you will learn how a modern HR organization operates behind the scenes and gain exposure to HR Operations, Payroll, Labor Law, Process Improvement, Compliance, and HR Technology. This role provides an excellent foundation for future growth within HR, Finance, Payroll, HR Systems, or HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance, and People Managers
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and standardization
- Ensure employee and payroll-related changes are processed accurately and on time
- Help maintain a compliant HR environment by applying labor law, CLA provisions, policies, and work instructions correctly
- Monitor HR processes and identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information
- Support projects related to digitalization, automation, HR systems, and continuous improvement
- Support the administration of the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
- Support HR colleagues, managers, and employees with HR administrative questions.
- Assist in maintaining HR data quality, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Affinity with administrative and operational processes
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and challenge inefficient ways of working
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch is mandatory
- Knowledge of labor law, social legislation, or payroll processes through education, internships, or student jobs.
- Experience with HR, payroll, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
