As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead Prodrive Technologies’ talent agenda, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our global organization. You will combine recruitment excellence, workforce planning, and talent intelligence to build a scalable talent acquisition function that supports our continued growth and development of talent for critical positions.

• Drive the development and execution of Prodrive's Talent Acquisition strategy
• Lead recruitment initiatives for critical and strategic positions across engineering, operations, commercial, and corporate functions
• Build and strengthen Prodrive's Employer Value Proposition across key talent markets
• Develop and execute talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and employee advocacy programs together with the Employer Branding & Communications Specialist
• Manage the Campus Recruiter
• Provide functional leadership, guidance, and governance to recruitment partners across the organization
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities, educational institutions, industry networks, and external recruitment partners
• Drive workforce planning and talent pipeline development in partnership with managers and HR
• Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-quality candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
• Use recruitment analytics, labor market insights, and talent intelligence to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Establish clear recruitment governance, processes, reporting, and performance metrics
• Support international hiring activities and help translate global talent attraction priorities into local recruitment strategies
• Partner with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders to strengthen Prodrive's employer brand and hiring capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, preferably in combination with, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams or coordinating recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders
• Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding and talent attraction strategies
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent pipelines, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes
• Experience with in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or other fast-growing environments
• Proven experience operating in an international organization and supporting recruitment across multiple countries
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate labor market insights and recruitment data into actionable improvements
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch is a plus.
