Position: (EIN) - Warehouse Team Leader

You will play a vital role in our organization to drive our commitment to our customers for operations excellence with a personal touch. We strive for continuous improvements and appreciate a critical look at our own processes and you need to have a hands-on mentality to take our service levels to the next level. Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the daily warehouse operation

Manage assignment and monitoring of tasks

Coaching, training and guidance of new employees within area of responsibility

Ensure employees comply to health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect themselves and others.

Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.

Keep employees informed of operational goals and results on a weekly basis.

Communicate with Customer Service and transport planner for production plan execution.

Produce KPI reporting on all elements of the fulfilment process, including dispatch per day, outstanding stock inquiries, cancellations.

Qualifications and Experience

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and international company;

You speak English and Dutch;

You fit within a dynamic organization with a hands-on culture;

You are result-oriented, keep an overview and, with your own opinion, you are strong in your shoes;

You are a motivator and one real team player.
