IT Infra Talents zoekt een Regiomanager Recruitment in Eindhoven die verantwoordelijk is voor de aansturing en professionalisering van het recruitmentteam in de regio Zuid. De rol omvat het coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 8 tot 12 recruiters, het behalen van regionale doelstellingen en samenwerking met het management over recruitment thema's.
Met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring en HBO/WO denkniveau, ben je een natuurlijke leider met commercieel inzicht. De rol biedt een salaris tussen de €4.500,- en €6.500,- en aantrekkelijke voordelen zoals een leaseauto en 30 vakantiedagen.
