As Operations Manager Service Center
, you are responsible for the daily operations of non-cleanroom activities (industrial cleaning, technical repair, R4R, expedition, and support functions). You ensure stable daily performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Managing and optimizing daily operations
- Monitoring and improving KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction)
- Leading escalations and maintaining customer contact
- Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
