• Lead a team of 30 production employees and 1 Lead Operator
• Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and safely
• Drive process improvements and increase efficiency
• Motivate your team day to day to achieve both team and company goals
• Oversee daily planning together with the team leaders
• Be present on the work floor and step in where needed

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
• Knowledge of operations processes
• Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to quickly understand and implement new processes
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) on location

• Salary between €3,400 – €4,000 gross monthly
• 26 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
