As Operations Manager Precision Cleaning
, you are responsible for managing precision cleaning operations across two locations. You ensure a stable operation, strong customer relationships, and continuous improvement of processes and performance. You operate in a technically complex environment where knowledge is key: you either bring relevant experience or are able to quickly master the domain. You maintain weekly contact with key customers such as ASML and ensure a strong, professional partnership.
tasks include:
- Managing and optimizing daily operations across two locations
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships (including ASML)
- Monitoring and improving KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction)
- Driving continuous improvement and preventing processes from becoming stagnant
- Leading escalations and engaging in content-driven internal and customer discussions
- Coaching and developing teams and team leads
- Creating collaboration and ownership within the organization
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
