Comfor zoekt een Manager zorgadvies die leiding geeft aan het team Zorgadvies & Bewonerssupport en eindverantwoordelijk is voor de instroomketen. Je stuurt op instroom, bezetting en conversie en bewaakt de klantreis van eerste contact tot inhuizing.
Je brengt structuur, regie en snelheid in processen, ontwikkelt het team verder en rapporteert aan de bestuurder. Je werkt nauw samen met locatiemanagers en andere disciplines om bewonersgeluk en organisatieresultaat te realiseren.
