GGzE zoekt een Directeur Behandeling VLJ die samen met de Directeur Bedrijfsvoering de divisie Volwassenen Lokaal en Jeugd aanstuurt. U bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en verdere ontwikkeling van specialistische geestelijke gezondheidszorg aan circa 6.000 ambulante cliënten en circa 340 klinisch opgenomen cliënten, met circa 626 fte.
U geeft richting aan innovatie, herstelgerichte en netwerkgerichte zorg en draagt bij aan een veilig, inspirerend leef-, leer- en werkklimaat.
