Marketing Communication Specialist

As a Product Mar Com Specialist, you will define and implement the Marketing communication strategies and campaign plans for BenQ business. You will work closely with BenQ’s Business Line Manager, marketing teams, and national offices to drive business growth. As a B2C Marketer, you will lead and support our national offices in communicating product positioning and achieving communication targets.

• Understanding user behaviors and consumer journeys, and crafting marketing messaging to effectively reach them.
• Developing and executing campaigns, including PR, media and influencer reviews, content and digital marketing, and supporting marketing collaterals to drive revenue growth across Europe in computer peripheral categories.
• Coordinating and following up on the marketing and communication directions, and guiding Mar Com colleagues in National offices to roll out annual and quarterly plans to achieve business goals and communication KPIs.
• Creating digital assets and social content in versatile formats to secure and increase engagement and online exposure.
• Coordinating the maintenance of BenQ’s European websites & phasing in new products in line with roadmaps.
• Delivering reports using Google Analytics, social media management tools, and other analytics or marketing outreach platforms.
• rranging or supporting resellers and exhibitions/events.
• Coordinating the correspondence between Headquarters and BenQ Europe national offices.

• A degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on product marketing experience.
• Experience in technology/display filed is advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Hub Spot, and social media management.
• Fluent in English; native proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

• Possesses excellent communication skills.
