- Je pakt taken op binnen HR, communicatie of coördinatie.
- Je zorgt dat vrijwilligers hun werk goed kunnen doen.
- Je denkt mee over verbetering van onze interne processen.
- Enthousiasme en energie om 4–6 uur per week bij te dragen.
- Interesse in mensen, organiseren en communiceren.
- Iemand die zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt.
- Flexibele invulling van je rol.
- Ervaring in management in een maatschappelijke organisatie.
- Samenwerking met een betrokken en gemotiveerd team.
