Stichting ANDERS zoekt een Coördinator die als brugfunctie fungeert tussen inwoners, maatschappelijke organisaties en ondernemers in de regio Eindhoven. Je bezoekt mensen thuis en brengt nauwkeurig in kaart welke hulp nodig is, zodat de juiste ondersteuning kan worden geregeld.
Je werkt in een klein, betrokken team vanuit Microlab in Eindhoven met huisbezoeken in de regio. De positie is 24 uur per week, met een contract voor 1 jaar en de intentie tot voortzetting, en een salaris van
