Lumens Groep zoekt een Coördinator Netwerk Sterk Thuis voor 24 uur per week ivm zwangerschapsvervanging. Startdatum per 1 maart 2026 voor de duur van een half jaar.
Je werkt samen met één collega-coördinator en het externe netwerk; in overleg verdeel je de werkzaamheden, waarbij de meeste taken bij jou liggen. Je verbindt en faciliteert bestaande netwerken, organiseert voorlichtingen en bijeenkomsten, en draagt bij aan lesmethodieken rondom de Meldcode.
