Lumens Doet in Eindhoven zoekt een adviseur vrijwillige inzet die als vraagbaak en verbinder voor maatschappelijke organisaties optreedt. Je helpt bij vrijwilligersbeleid, werving en binding en vertaalt hulpvragen naar concrete oplossingen.
Je ontwikkelt programma’s en trainingen, werkt samen met partners in de stad en draagt bij aan evenementen zoals Vrijwilligersprijzen en Nationale Vrijwilligersdag. Een salaris volgens cao Sociaal Werk in schaal 8 wordt geboden, met hybride werken.
