We are partnering with one of the fastest growing end-to-end supply chain solutions providers in Eindhoven. This is a dynamic and ambitious SME with a strong international footprint, delivering highly customised and complex logistics solutions to clients in the high tech and med tech sectors.
Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Senior Global Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of its most important global customers.
The Role
As Senior Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a key global account within the high tech or med tech sector. This is a strategic role focused on building long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
You will take a structured approach to sales process management, ensuring strong pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution across regions. The role involves selling tailored, technical solutions and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of a major global account
Develop and execute a long-term account strategy focused on growth and retention
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
Manage and continuously improve the sales process, including pipeline and forecasting
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the account
Lead complex, solution-based sales processes from initial engagement through to implementation
Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customised supply chain solutions
Navigate long sales cycles and multi-layered decision-making structures
Travel internationally on a regular basis to maintain close client relationships
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a senior key account management or strategic sales role
Background in high tech, med tech or another technical, complex industry
Strong understanding of sales process management and pipeline development
Experience selling tailored, technical solutions
Track record of building long-term client relationships at a senior level
Commercially strong with a structured and strategic approach
Comfortable working with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
Willingness to travel internationally
Salary Package
Base salary between €6,500 and €8,500 per month
25% performance-related bonus
