Position: Account Manager Professional Trade (North )
More about the role  This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Account Manager Professional Trade (North Netherlands) with Signify. As an Account Manager Professional Trade you’ll be responsible for the turnover and partnerships for a number of selected customers in your assigned region (North Holland: Groningen, Friesland & Drenthe). Important relations here are the electrical wholesalers and installers.

The aim is to obtain an optimal result for all parties. Your customers rely on your skills in advising, logistics, projects, product knowledge, trends and future developments. You’ll be responsible for achieving the revenue goals and growth at the assigned customers and you’ll actively manage your accounts and strive for the maximum result. You’ll work in close collaboration with quote support, order desk, lighting specialists and marketing colleagues.

Managing entire lighting projects, based on added value to your customers is part of your daily activities. Building relationships is your second nature. From there you create the preference for Signify products, solutions and systems.
Responsibilities   Oversee turnover and partnerships for selected customers in North Holland (Groningen, Friesland & Drenthe).
Create optimal outcomes for customers, wholesalers, and installers.
Advises on logistics, projects, product knowledge and market trends.
Achieve revenue goals and growth for assigned customers.
Actively manage accounts and work towards maximum results.
Collaborate with quote support, order desk, lighting specialists and marketing.
Manage complete lighting projects, delivering added value to customers.
Build relationships and foster preference for Signify products, solutions and systems.
Qualifications   Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline.
Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
Relevant sales experience in a B-to-B environment (open for fresh graduates).
Hands‑on mentality and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Preferably familiar with the world of electrical installers and wholesalers.
Technical knowledge and experience in the electrical industry and lighting is a plus.
Knowledge and use of Dialux is a plus.
