About the Role
The role involves identifying and developing potential customers and project opportunities in the European energy storage market, while actively participating in market strategies and promoting the company’s energy storage products.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop potential customers and project opportunities in the European energy storage market.
Participate in creating market strategies and promote the company’s energy storage products in target markets.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
Manage the entire sales process, including client acquisition, needs analysis, solution presentations, quoting, negotiations, and contract closure.
Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate regularly with clients, offering technical and business support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, Product Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth business distribution.
Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities, providing market analysis and recommendations to support company strategy.
Collect and analyze market feedback to help the company improve products and services.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Actively engage with potential customers, showcasing the company’s product and technology advantages.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Electrical Systems, or a related field preferred.
More than three years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or the power industry.
Familiarity with the European market, relevant regulations, and policies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
Deep understanding of energy storage systems, energy management solutions, and their business models.
Strong self‑motivation and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
Required Skills
Sales experience in energy storage or renewable energy.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of energy storage systems.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
Experience with market analysis and strategy development.
