Overview
In the UPS Healthcare division, this role focuses on logistics and distribution for the pharmaceutical, med‑tech, and diagnostics markets. You will build a pipeline and secure new revenue for our European Health Tech offerings, working closely with Enterprise and Small‑Medium Business sales teams and leveraging your market knowledge.
What You’ll Do
Generate and qualify leads.
Receive and work leads from European and Global Sales partners.
Source and develop client referrals.
Develop and maintain a customer pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Develop and implement strategic sales action plans to achieve targets.
Plan, schedule, and execute sales activities in line with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Eindhoven operations team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Lead and deliver commercial proposal development working with our tender management team.
Hunt, negotiate, and win new Health Tech business for Europe.

What You’ll Need
Education:
Bachelor or master, preferably in business or supply chain management.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably in different roles.
Knowledge of the medical devices market.
Knowledge of international transportation.
Established network of logistics decision‑makers within the medical device industry (advantage).
Proven sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition.
Fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support development of products and services.
Broad management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Solid financial knowledge and understanding.
Working skills in other languages beneficial.
Flexible attitude.
