Bechtle zoekt een ambitieuze Teamlead Software Sales voor ons Public team. Je leidt circa 10 collega’s, biedt coaching en begeleiding bij dagelijkse activiteiten en ontwikkelt strategische softwareoplossingen voor onze klanten, inclusief Large Accounts.
Je werkt nauw samen met managers en specialisten om commerciële kansen te maximaliseren. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in softwareverkoop en stakeholdermanagement, met het vermogen om complexe klantomgevingen te navigeren en teams te motiveren
