- Je analyseert zelfstandig storingen aan geavanceerde installaties en lost deze snel en vakkundig op;
- Je ondersteunt servicemonteurs bij technische vraagstukken en het oplossen van complexe storingen;
- Je adviseert klanten proactief over technische oplossingen en investeringen voor zowel de korte als lange termijn;
- Je signaleert verbeterpunten binnen installaties en vertaalt deze naar concrete optimalisaties;
- Je maakt onderdeel uit van de 24/7 storingsdienst en staat paraat wanneer dat nodig is.
