Accounts Payable Clerk

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 hourly

• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and insurance documentation
• Receive, review, process, and post vendor invoices daily
• Reconcile reports to ensure accurate allocation of charges and payments
• Review invoices, vouchers, and check requests for accuracy and obtain appropriate approvals
• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Process and prepare accounts payable checks for mailing
• Maintain and reconcile sublet schedules
• Reconcile factory statements
• Process annual 1099 reporting
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Prepare account analyses and reconciliations
• Process unclaimed property reports

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with dealership management systems is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
