Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator to join a dynamic HVAC Contractor in East County San Diego. This role is Contract to Hire and integral to ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Manage the accounting email, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Print out invoices and distribute them to the correct department.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
- Maintain office and kitchen stock, ensuring supplies are available at all times.
- Order new office supplies as required to maintain inventory.
- 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs:
Excel and Outlook. - High School Diploma is required.
- Experience with Adobe Pro is a plus.
The position requires availability from Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
BenefitsThe role offers competitive pay within the range of $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
