Motorcycle Dealership Admin and Instagram Support
Full-time | El Cajon, CA, US
OverviewWe are looking for a dependable Admin and Instagram Support person to help with day-to-day dealership operations. This is not a sales position – we already have a salesperson. We need someone who is good with computers, understands motorcycles, can communicate professionally with customers, and helps keep things organized.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, Instagram messages, and online inquiries
- Help customers with basic motorcycle questions, availability, pricing, and general information
- Forward serious buying questions to the salesperson
- Submit finance applications and help customers through the finance pre‑approval process
- Use lender portals, email, CRM systems, websites, and spreadsheets
- Post and assist with content on Instagram
- Respond to Instagram messages professionally
- Help organize customer files and dealership paperwork
- Support general admin tasks around the dealership
- Motorcycle knowledge is required
- Must be comfortable using Instagram and responding to messages
- Strong computer skills
- Fast typing and good attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Good attitude and team‑focused
- Ride motorcycles
- Speak Spanish
- Experience in a motorcycle dealership, powersports business, or customer service
- Experience creating simple Instagram posts and stories
