Job Title

Under the general supervision of the Office Services Supervisor II (General), the selected candidate will be responsible for compiling, typing, entering, reviewing, editing, proofreading, formatting and completing Area correspondence. Formats, updates, and edits Area personnel roster, Shift Locator, Communications Network Messages, management and supervisory projects and studies, and creating special purpose forms. Requests "X" numbers from Division and Headquarters and processes approved invoices and CHP 78X's for payment.

Orders office supplies regularly. Compiles and prepares quarterly supply order and submits to Supply Services. Orders supplies and equipment through Financial Information Systems of California. Processes evidence impound and facility contract invoices. Processes travel claims. Processes P-Card statements. Processes updates to Area Standard Operating Procedures. Answers telephone. Performs other related duties as assigned and provides back-up as needed to the other clerical positions.
