• Oversee daily field operations for commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to resolve field issues
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and workforce productivity

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong piping and plumbing construction experience required
• Ability to manage multiple crews and project activities simultaneously
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety practices and industry regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
