Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial drywall. Experience with a specialty contractor is preferred over general contracting experience. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to driving successful projects while supporting our field teams, clients, and overall project goals.

• Oversight and management of construction projects
• Managing the project budget and financial reporting
• Coordinating billings, including change orders and related items
• Setting up jobsite project and accounting files
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coordinating material purchases and deliveries
• Leadership and supervision of project team members

• 3‑5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management
• Experience with Take‑off software (OST+Quickbid or Buzz Bid preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating
• Experience or knowledge in electrical or mechanical scopes is a plus
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and multi‑tasking skills
• Experience with a specialty contractor preferred; general contractor‑only experience may not be the best fit
• Salary range: $80,000 ‑ $175,000 per year, based on experience
