This position is the front line of our customer experience – the voice homeowners and commercial customers hear first, and the bridge between our customers, sales team, and field technicians.

This is a dual role combining dispatcher, customer service, and light inside sales. You'll manage incoming calls, schedule jobs efficiently, and follow up on opportunities – while creating confidence and trust from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and professionally assist residential and commercial customers
- Gather details about electrical issues and determine service call vs. estimate needs
- Schedule service calls and estimates based on technician availability, job type, and priority
- Book qualified appointments for Sales Electricians
- Manage customer requests, jobs, and schedules in the company CRM (e.g., Jobber)
- Confirm appointments and send booking confirmations
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, locations, and schedule changes
- Monitor daily schedules and adjust routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Follow up on estimates and open requests as assigned
- Close basic inside sales when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and job documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Keil Electric professionally at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone
- Take pride in representing a company with strong standards and craftsmanship
- Can multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Clear written and verbal communication

- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and office technology
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to problem‑solve independently
- Basic understanding of residential and commercial electrical services (preferred but not required)
