Location:

El Cajon, CA 92020. Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/hr.

Leasing Consultant positions are available across multiple communities, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include engaging residents, handling inquiries, and supporting the leasing process until a direct‑hire is secured.

• Greet prospective & current residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Answer calls and inquiries in the leasing office.
• Set appointments for prospects to visit the community and apartments.
• Present the apartment community, ultimately assisting in sales.
• Qualify leads to help generate prospects for the community.
• Assist residents with service requests and general questions about the community and home.

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or equivalent experience.
• Professional demeanor.
• Strong written & verbal communication.
• Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm.
• Organized and resourceful nature.
• A passion to serve.
• Proficiency with computers and tech savvy.
