* Credential Copy (The attached credential must show detail, including expiration date and English Learner (EL) Authorization. If the EL authorization was not embedded in the credential, attach EL authorization (CLAD permit or other CTC EL authorization.) )

* Letter of Introduction

* Letter(s) of Recommendation (Attach 3 letters (Requirement: 1 letter from your current employer.

Note:

a recommendation from your master teacher meets this requirement for recent graduates.) Include only 3 letters and attach as a single document file.)
