Holy Trinity is looking for a dedicated educator who brings an unwavering commitment to helping every child achieve their God‑given potential. This position will teach middle school English language arts, social studies, and religion across combination classes in grades 5/6 and 7/8. Subject assignments may be adjusted based on the collective strengths of our instructional team.
Primary Responsibilities- Preparing and implementing rigorous lesson plans that are differentiated to meet the learning needs of all students.
- Creating and maintaining a learning environment where every child feels safe, loved, and inspired to learn and grow.
- Supporting a school culture focused on faith, academic achievement, and virtue formation.

Main Responsibilities- Plan, personalize, and execute lesson plans in assigned content areas.
- Lead instruction using a rigorous curriculum that inspires intellectual curiosity, reinforces the joy of learning, and enables all students to thrive.
- Teach all lessons with rigor, joy, and urgency.
- Engage in an ongoing data‑driven cycle of assessment, analysis, and action.
- Achieve meaningful student achievement and growth results aligned with the school’s mission and annual goals.
- Implement school‑wide systems for academics, culture, and character formation.
- Connect with families through frequent phone calls, emails, conferences, and notes.
- Develop meaningful relationships with students and parents that drive students to love learning, act with integrity, and make exceptional academic gains.
- Participate in up to three weeks of summer training before school’s opening.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
- Help students develop a personal relationship with Christ, and work to grow in one’s own relationship with Christ.
