HVAC Instructor Position

Join ATA College as an HVAC Instructor and inspire the next generation of HVAC professionals! We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to teach our students the latest industry techniques and practices in a dynamic learning environment.

Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training in HVAC systems and technology.

Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and practices.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.

Maintain a safe and organized classroom and workshop environment.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and program growth.

Stay current with HVAC trends and advancements to ensure relevant instruction.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Guide students in obtaining necessary certifications and licenses in the HVAC field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Teaching experience or a passion for education is highly preferred.

Relevant certifications, such as EPA 608, NATE, or similar.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to student success and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Proficient in using technology and educational tools for instruction.
