US3 is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with management experience to join our team.
Duties Include:

Management Responsibilities
- Lead a Team of engineers and Technicians
- Work with Sales on RFP’s and Quotes.
- Support and approve timecards of up to 50 personnel
- Support AR and AP in generating revenue through invoices
- Participate in and lead design and peer reviews.
- Project efficiency reviews
- Support the design, development, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of control systems for Cities.
- Hands on development, test, and troubleshooting.
- Technical leader for engineering projects including PLC Controls, embedded systems, and wireless networks.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, software, QA)
- Establish repeatable manufacturing processes and inspection plans.
- Maintain high standards quality within the team by adhering to good practices and habits of configuration control.
- Process development and improvement.
- Train and mentor engineers and other coworkers
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 7+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Supervisory of more than 5 people
- Creating and interpreting drawings, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Hands on testing and prototyping using common electrical tools
- Ability to present information to a group.
- Ability to generate detailed reports.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Project management and leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Electrical systems design, integration, and test.
- PLC programming and testing.
- RF design and test.
- Part selection and sourcing.
- Power systems, motor control, batteries, sensors.
- Integrating electrical control system software and systems.
