MGR I CONTROLLER
TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. TE Connectivity is currently in search of a highly motivated Plant Controller for our Katy, TX Marine Oil & Gas facility.
(MOG), is a $170M business within the Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) Business Unit. The position will be a key member of the management team responsible for achieving and reporting the results and responsible for the execution of finance initiatives. This position will serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager, to develop and execute the business strategy and fiscal plans.
Effectively implements the corporate financial strategy while ensuring appropriate service and follow through. Oversees financial activities of the plant. Ensures policies and procedures are followed. Build strong relationships with key functional internal customers to effectively drive financial performance. This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Compensation
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $121,000 - $155,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
