• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to the customer’s door.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a background check and have open availability.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to train and lead.

• Perform quick and accurate basic arithmetic and keep correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
• Provide verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
• Maintain motor coordination and hand–eye coordination for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.

Read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F and above, sudden temperature changes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and sharp edges. Tasks require standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching up to 72 inches high.
