Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join one of their great companies. This role is essential for coordinating and managing dispatch operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with drivers and field staff to provide necessary instructions and support.
- Assess and prioritize emergency vs non-emergency calls
- Handle paperwork-check for accuracy
- Schedule calls into system to be dispatched
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Onsite role
Pay:Pay $20-$22 with a potential pay bump for performance
