Aboutthe Role
As a leader for our Estimating Team, you will ensure the accuracy of our proposals and the performance of our team. You will work with our Operations Team to get feedback about production rates and customer requirements, and guide our Estimating Team in continuous improvement. You will train, develop, and mentor our Estimating Team and lead hiring efforts as we expand the team.
You will set and oversee bidding strategies and manage team performance in alignment with company objectives. You will manage a book of accounts consisting of key trade partners that involve complex bidding requirements.
