This is a full-time, on-site position for a Welder at Tri Mas Aerospace in El Cajon, CA. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including arc, TIG, and MIG welding of materials to produce high-quality components. Day-to-day duties include reading and interpreting blueprints, preparing materials for welding, assembling components, performing inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, and maintaining equipment in optimal working condition.

This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure product quality.

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques
• Experience in handling and working with different types of materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a welding environment
• Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is preferred
