JOB SUMMARY The Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that team members adhere to company standards, policies and regulations. This is a working lead role with the addition of coordinating tasks, providing training and mentorship, and facilitating communication between team members and Supervisor.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies and regulations.
• Allocate tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload.
• Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members, focusing on skill development and professional growth.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality of work.
• Facilitate communication between team members and Supervisor, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth operation and collaboration.
• Manage conflict resolution within the team, addressing issues promptly and mediating disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare and review reports on team performance, project progress, and operational challenges, presenting findings to Supervisor.
• Implement innovative solutions and process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the team.
• When Supervisor is away, Lead might be asked to support meetings.
• Will strive to be hands on work at least 80% of the time.

This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA.

• Proven experience in a leadership role or leads by example and respected by team members.
• Proficient in departmental knowledge, skills and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, this position pays a $1.00 lead group premium per hour ($30-35).

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance‑related bonuses.
